Privacy policy
How the andaca.com website handles information, in plain words.
Last updated 9 October 2026
Who we are
This policy covers the andaca.com website and the messages you send us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, published with the app.
The website is run by Andaca LLC, a company in the United States. In this policy, “we” means Andaca LLC. To ask about anything here, write to support@andaca.com.
When you visit
This site sets no cookies, has no analytics, carries no advertising, and loads nothing from any other site: no fonts, no scripts, no buttons.
It is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the address of the page you asked for, because a page cannot be sent without them. Cloudflare keeps its own short-lived logs to run and protect its network, as its privacy policy describes. We do not ask it to keep any for us.
We do not follow you across other sites, and we let no other company do so through this one. A browser's “Do Not Track” setting therefore changes nothing here: there is no tracking for it to stop.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your address and what you wrote. Our mail is carried by Google. We use your message only to answer it, and we do not add you to any list.
We keep a message for as long as the conversation needs it, and no more than twelve months after our last reply. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
What we do not do
We do not sell information about anyone, share it for advertising, or build profiles of the people who visit or write to us.
Where it is held
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States, and Cloudflare also delivers pages from data centres around the world. When they hold information about people in Europe, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, it is protected by the Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contract clauses. Each is bound by its data protection agreement with us to use it only for the purpose described here.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or tell us to stop. Write to support@andaca.com. We answer within a month.
In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the law also asks us to state why we hold information. We keep messages because we have a legitimate interest in answering them, and the host's logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first, and we will confirm receipt of your complaint within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Other points
We make no decisions about anyone by automated means alone. Children under 13 should ask a parent or teacher to contact us for them.
